Since the declaration of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs) at the Rio 2012, Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP), one of the 17 global goals to fulfill SDG, has recently become a global issue. Accordingly, ASEIC is holding the Global Eco-Innovation Forum in September 20th, 2017 at Imperial Palace Hotel Seoul, focusing on the achievement of sustainable development through SCP of SMEs for the future low-carbon circular economy.

About ASEIC
The ASEM SMEs Eco-Innovation Center(ASEIC) is an inter-governmental body that promotes green growth primarily for small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) of ASEM member states through a range of unique activities. The establishment and operation of ASEIC was officially endorsed at the 8th ASEM Summit, and it was inaugurated on June 15 2011. It became an independently-managed foundation in 2014 to better implement projects that foster inclusive green growth of SMEs of ASEM member states
